You'll be leading our business operations and also working close with our Customer Service, Finance and Marketing teams to ensure the business is running like clockwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Report directly to the CEO

  • Run analyses and identify opportunities for business growth

  • Work with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, develop and quantify improvement recommendations, implement process improvements, and work in a culture of continuous improvement

  • Work closely with internal Creative, Product Development, and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer experience

  • Manage daily operations including supply chain, commerce, legal, and customer support to ensure that all systems are operating without issues and meeting established goals

  • Lead warehouse operations, inventory management and day to day operations

  • Learn everything about our current processes today and help us optimize and scale them for tomorrow. You will envision what needs to be built, prove it with data, and help it get built

  • Monitor and analyze business trends, identifying opportunities and risks to Luxy Hair, and proposing ops or product solutions

What You Need

  • 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, a fast paced started up, management consulting or professional services

  • Knowledge of supply chain, fulfilment, data analysis, and stakeholder management

  • Bachelor’s degree required, business school preferred

  • Self-motivated hustler, results-oriented contributor who leads through actions and takes a lot of initiative

  • Ability to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Meticulous with details and incredibly organized

  • Able to develop highly actionable solutions for complex problems and drive implementation across the organization

  • You are able to see many potential solutions and identify and execute on the best possible solution

  • A data-driven mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Experience in the beauty and/or consumer packaged goods industry a plus

  • Experience leading a small team is a plus
