What You’ll Be Doing
As part of the Crave Marketing team (Crave, HBO Canada, Showtime, STARZ) the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of marketing functions identified by the Marketing Manager to support a subscriber focused business. Specific responsibilities will include:
Working alongside the Marketing Manager to determine and develop on-going promotional marketing priorities to drive acquisition and growth
Contributing to the development of marketing promotions and initiatives, including briefing creative and media teams, communicating with designers and producers, and delivering materials to partners and vendors
Co-Managing respective social accounts, which includes executing revenue-generating brand partnership programs, overseeing campaigns that drive broadcast and digital viewership, generating insightful reports, and continuously evolving best-practices
Maintaining and distributing on-air promotion traffic instructions to ensure optimization and that properties are supported effectively
Assisting in developing departmental reports and presentations
Effectively liaise with cross-functional teams (creative, media, digital, publicity, programming, sales/brand partnerships) to ensure marketing initiatives and campaigns are initiated and completed in a timely and process-oriented manner
Processing invoices and maintaining accurate budget control reports and accruals
Maintaining database of campaign elements and brand related material
Contributing to consumer events and activations
Providing day-to-day administrative support
Other duties as assigned
What You Need
Post-Secondary degree/diploma with a focus on marketing preferred
Work experience in marketing, analytics, growth hacking and media considered an asset
E-commerce experience is also considered an asset
TV, film, and digital media enthusiast
Awareness of current trends within the North American and Global Digital Media Industry; Affinity for new media and entertainment
Sociable, creative, resourceful, and enthusiastic
Effective interpersonal skills and business acumen
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to prioritize by multi-tasking in a rapidly changing environment to meet business requirements
Proficient in Windows and Adobe software including strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic knowledge of Photoshop
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)!
