How to Expense Your Membership
Great news: Many companies offer an L&D or education budget that will cover the cost of your Monday Girl Membership. See below for our template to help you get your membership fee reimbursed.
Receipt
After you register for Monday Girl as an accepted new member, you will receive a receipt for your membership purchase. You can forward this emailed receipt directly to your team for reimbursement.
Please reach out at concierge@mondaygirl.ca if you need help adding custom information, such as your company name and address.
Letter Template
If you need manager approval, we also provide a reimbursement template that you can forward. Let your manager know you're interested in investing in your network of mentors, resources, and tools that will improve your work. Remember that your company cares mostly about whether your membership will help your company make money or save money so it’s helpful to frame your membership in terms of how it benefits your manager, team, and organization.

I’m writing to ask for your approval to expense my dues for a Monday Girl Membership, an annual subscription to a digital career development platform and professional network of next-generation professional women, mentors, and peers in similar roles to me representing companies like Microsoft, lululemon, Deloitte, and many more.
Membership is application-only, and I am pleased to share that I have been accepted to register as an official member.
A few highlights:
- Educational workshops and monthly virtual events on topics like leadership, mentorship, fostering diversity and inclusion and more

Monday Girl Membership is $350.00 + Tax billed annually. This costs way less than most conferences, and the benefits are continuous throughout the year.
