Have at least 5+ years of professional experience, with a demonstrated trajectory toward leadership roles
Have a proven track record of personal accomplishments, such as industry awards, publications, or community involvement
Be emerging leaders who have demonstrated exceptional achievements in their respective fields
Express a genuine interest in networking with other members, offering mentorship, and participating in group events and activities
Showcase a passion for and the ability to share value with the community
Demonstrate a commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, both in their professional and personal lives
